Quick answers

My progress disappeared.

Saves live on your phone. If you deleted and reinstalled the app without signing in, the save went with it. Sign in with Apple keeps a cloud copy.

I didn't get a rain notification.

Only storms and floods send a push, two or three a day at most. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Nearkats, and that you allowed them when the first rain asked.

The hawk took my NEAR.

Hawks only take from the exposed pile. Build the Shielded Vault, and tap the hawk five times while it circles to scare it off.

Is any of this real money?

No. In-game NEAR is a fictional game currency. The app never connects to a wallet, never pays out, and never shows a real balance.

Someone's name or mob name is offensive.

Use Report on their profile or mob. We review reports within a day.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Profile → Delete account. It's immediate and complete.
